The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of water cooled chillers (2 Nos, 11kV chillers with total cooling capacity of 3,600TR), cooling tower (4 cells forced draft type with 16,419 Kw heat rejection capacity), condenser water pumps, plate heat exchangers, primary, secondary & tertiary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units with heat recovery wheels, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HV panels (for chillers), LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, gate barrier, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, SMATV, dimming control, structured cabling, video intercom, building management & energy saving systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 9 Nos 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 1000 KVA generator.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, central gas fired hot water boiler with calorifiers, central water filtration, domestic water cooling and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, sprinkler, kitchen hood, foam, and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
