The work include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC system of 4 Buildings (with a total cooling load of 2,720TR). Each building comprises of Fresh Air Handling Units with heat recovery, Fan Coil Units, Chilled Water Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Pressurization Unit, Chemical Dosing & Expansion tanks, Kitchen & Toilets Extract Fans, Smoke and Pressurization Fans along with the associated ductworks, chilled water pipe works and controls.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, Automatic capacitor bank panels, sub-main & final distribution boards, MCC panel with VFD control, 250KVA standby diesel generator set with auto change over panel, cabling / wiring for lighting and power distribution. Electrical power supply is fed from 1500 KVA Transformer and 1number of Free standing multi cubicle type form-4 L.V. switchgear board as specified in 4 buildings. Low Current system consist- Fire Alarm system, Emergency lighting system, SMATV & Telephone etc.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Drainage, Storm water, Water Supply System of 4 Buildings. Each building comprises of GRP Storage Tanks, Transfer Pump, Booster Pumps, Sump Pump and Filtration System along with all associated pipe works and control system.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Fighting System of 4 Buildings. Each building comprises of an Automatic Sprinkler System, Fire Pumps and controls, Hose Reels and Portable Fire Extinguisher all in accordance with Local Authority and NFPA.
