The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of secondary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units with heat recovery wheels, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 1,200TR) is fed from the District Cooling Plant
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, generator, busbar risers, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, gate barrier, CCTV, video intercom, fire alarm & voice evacuation, structured cabling and building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 2 Nos 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 650 KVA generator.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, central water filtration, drainage and storm water systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reels, landing valves, sprinklers, foam and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
