The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fresh air handling units, air handling units, fan coil units and toilet extract & pressurization fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 12,900TR) is fed from Chillers, Primary and Secondary Chilled water pumps, Cooling towers and 7000TR-HR Thermal Storage Tank.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of booster pump sets, rain water collection and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Main distribution panels, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, access control, fire alarm & voice evacuation, lighting control, structured cabling & central battery systems with all associated containment and cabling.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, sprinkler, foam, pre-action and FM-200 systems with all associated pipe works.
