The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air cooled chillers (3 Nos of 241 TR), primary and secondary Chilled water pumps, Air handling units, Fresh air handling units with heat recovery wheels, Fan coil units and Fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Water tanks, Pump sets, Central water filtration, Water heaters, Water meters and Valves with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Fire pumps, Automatic hose reels, Landing valves, Sprinklers, Foam and Clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, Generator, Busbar risers, Sub main & Final distribution boards, Lighting, Power, Earthing & Lightning protection, Home automation system, CO monitoring, Access control, Gate barrier, CCTV, Video intercom, Fire alarm & voice evacuation, Structured cabling and Building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 2 Nos of 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No of 600 KVA generator.
