The works include supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Blower coil units, fresh air handling units, Energy recovery ventilation unit, fan coil units & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 36,400 TR) is fed from Via district cooling plant.
The works includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of network piping, automatic grease trap interceptors, siphonic rain water system, heat tracing for kitchen pipes, booster pump sets, sanitary wares & accessories, rain water collection and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning network pipes, panels and detectors, 2 nos. of tanks with a capacity of 52,000L each.
The works includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of cabling, BTU meters, sensors, other field devices and control stations.
