The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of secondary & tertiary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units with heat recovery wheels, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, car park, kitchen & toilet extract and make-up air fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 1,500TR) is fed from the District Cooling Plant
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, gate barrier, CCTV, fire alarm & voice evacuation, structured cabling and building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 3 Nos 1500 KVA and 1 No. Of 1000 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 700 KVA generator.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, drainage and storm water systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, zone control valves, automatic hose reels, landing valves, sprinklers, foam and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
