The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of water cooled chillers (3 Nos with total cooling capacity of 2,421 TR), cooling tower (induced draft counter flow type), condenser water pumps, primary & secondary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units with heat recovery wheels, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing, access control, room management, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, SMATV, dimming control, structured cabling, & building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 7 Nos 1500KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 500KVA & 1 No 50KVA generators.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, central hot water calorifiers, central water filtration and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, external fire hydrants, sprinkler, kitchen hood, foam, and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
