The work include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC system with total load of 1552 TR fed from District Cooling Plant. The system comprises of Fresh Air Handling Units, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Chilled Water Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Pressurization Unit, Chemical Dosing & Expansion tanks, Kitchen & Toilets Extract Fans, Smoke and Pressurization Fans along with the associated ductworks, chilled water pipe works and controls.
The works include the supply, installation, testing ,modification & commissioning of LV panels, generators, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, ear thing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, dimming control, structured cabling, IPTV, signage, building management & Room management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 3Nos 1500 KVA, 1No of 1000 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 1000 KVA & 1 No 275 KVA generators.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Drainage, Storm water, Water Supply System comprising of GRP Storage Tanks, Water Softener, Transfer Pump, Booster Pumps, Sump Pump and Filtration System along with all associated pipe works and control system.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Fire Fighting System comprising of an Automatic Sprinkler System, Fire Pumps and controls, Hose Reels and Portable Fire Extinguisher all in accordance with Local Authority and NFPA.
