The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of plate heat exchangers, primary & secondary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 6,140 TR) is fed from Empower district cooling plant.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of, LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, gate barrier, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, IPTV, dimming control, structured cabling, central battery & building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 14 Nos 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 1750 KVA & 1 No 1250 KVA generators.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, central hot water boilers, central water filtration, rain water collection and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire pumps, automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, sprinkler, kitchen hood, foam, and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
