The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of secondary chilled water pumps, fresh air handling units, Energy recovery ventilation unit, fan coil units, stair well pressurization, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (total cooling load of 1,816 TR) is fed from Violia district cooling plant.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, generator, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, CCTV, audio visual, fire alarm & voice evacuation, IPTV, lighting control, structured cabling, central battery & building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 5 Nos 1500 KVA transformers and emergency power supply from 1 No 1500 KVA & 1 No 1200 KVA generators.
The works include the design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transfer & booster pump sets, central hot water boilers, solar water heaters, calorifiers, central water filtration, sanitary wares & accessories, rain water collection and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
