The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fresh air handling units with run around coils, fan coil units, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, variable air volume units, duct heaters, laboratory fume, spectrometer & calorifier extract systems, car park, kitchen & toilet extract fans with all associated duct works, pipe works and controls. Chilled water for the project (30 buildings with total cooling load of 16,000 TR) is fed from Tabreed district cooling plant.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LV panels, sub main & final distribution boards, lighting, power, earthing & lightning protection, CO monitoring, access control, CCTV, fire alarm & voice evacuation, SMATV, dimming control, structured cabling with real time monitoring & building management systems with all associated containment and cabling. Electrical power supply is fed from 11 Nos 1500 KVA & 22 Nos 1000 KVA transformers.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of GRP water tanks, transfer & booster pump sets, central hot water calorifiers, domestic water cooling and drainage systems with all associated pipe works.
The works include the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of automatic hose reel, dry risers with landing valves, sprinkler, kitchen hood, foam, and clean agent systems with all associated pipe works.
